Before we design indoor playgrounds for the owner, We learn all details of your place, No only the specification of width, length and height. But also where is the best location for the entrance, how to security the pillar... Make clear understanding of your requirements in terms of theme, function, style and elements. Make ultimate use of your place, has the right mix of play events and activities, has the best visibility, has the best play ability and safety! We will keep revising the design until you completely satisfied and love this indoor playground, your playground will be most attractive to kids. We already have many theme for choice and hundreds existing design for reference, we also make list of components and material to maximize your choice on kids playground. We put ourselves in the shoes of the playground owner.

About Your Location

1.What is the effective clear ceiling height of proposed location (see instructions below)?

2.Do you have a CAD file (provided by an architect) that you can provide us?

3.Are there any beams,poles or obstructions in your location that will be in the playground installation area?

4.Are there any obstructions in the ceiling space such as air conditioning vents,exhaust ducts,hanging lights,etc. in the playground structure?If so,please provide picture of the obstruction and measurements as well.

5.Are there any hidden doors or fire exits we need to be aware of in the playgrounds area?

6.Do you happen to know what IBC(International Building Code) is adopted by the city where the playground will be installed?If not,we can look into this information for you (ONLY APPLIES TO USA CUSTOMERS). If this is applicable to you,there are many rules that must be followed such as having the playground 5’away from walls.

Additional Notes

1, All customer design requests MUST be accompanied by real pictures of the location in which the playground will go. Pictures are very important to our designers so they can clearly understand the space and design a playground to fit perfectly.
2, If you have designed your own floor play layout, please be advised that we require at least 18” of space away from any walls.
3, EVA soft play mats will be included with your playground design in the playground are only (unless otherwise indicated). If you would like additional EVA soft play mats in other areas of your location please let us know.
4, Our standard height for each level of the playground is as listed below. If you would like anything different than listed below please let us know.
1st Level:5.9’(1.8m)
2st Level and Each Level Above:4.9’(1.5m)
5, If you purchase any ball blaster guns or a ball blaster zone,you will need to leave space for an air compressor which will need to be stored in a utility room or storage room.
6, If you would your logo included as part of your playground design please submit it to use in Al format.
7, The more information you can provide us about what you would like in your design the less time we will need to spend making multiple revisions.
Please include any additional notes about your design ideas and or anything else that we may need to know about what you are looking for below. Please keep in mind that we get many design requests every day and we try our best to get them done as soon as possible. Please ask your consultant about our current new design wait times.

We constantly save cost for our clients by make the installation process as easier as possible. For indoor playground (play structures) bigger than 120m2 and 4.5m high, installation will be done by our technician, we has dedicated, well-trained team who have the skills and knowledge to execute the installation, A proper installation is important for kids playground, have to consider safety, longevity and appearance... For smaller indoor play structures, buyer also can do the installation with our 3D installation diagram. We guarantee the installation details as clear as possible and immediately response during the installation if get any problem by Skype, phone, Whatsapp and email!

First, Before delivery we will do trial assemble of iron parts and plastic parts in our factory, holes will be drilled, fastener will be screwed. Bridge will be put on, tunnel will be cut on right size....
Second,we will take photos and send to our clients before residual payment. Third, we will mark numbers on parts then make 3D installation diagram, Number on 3D diagram match with components.

Assemble the frame Assemble the frame
1, For example if the playground have three floor, you need to clean the place and put the EVA mat on floor first! If only two floor, you can assemble the frame first then lift the frame and put the EVA mat on floor. If we send you soft pad not EVA mat, You have to put the soft pad when install first floor frame.
Do the installation one floor by one floor, (floor one, floor two...). Start with the vertical pipe.
2, We have marked numbers A1, A2.... B1, B2... at insallation diagram, find all vertical pipe by number and height, (vertical pipe will not cut according to install diagram
(Each vertical pipe have a metal foot platform under it) (Need put all fastener on vertical pipe before assemble horizontal pipe)
Most of horizontal pipe are on size 117cm, that mean no need to find the one between A1 and A2 or A1 and B1, pipe with same length will be fine.
(make sure the fastener for holding platform on horizontal pipe before join to vertical pipe)

3, Join horizontal pipe with (vertical pipe from first floor) by (Fastener on vertical pipe from step 2)
Pay attention to the color of installation diagram, There are few kinds of fastener.
On installation diagram have show each fastener by color, ( same color mean same fastener)

Warning: You may waste lot of time if not install these parts concurrently with frame (What we show here just example, more details please make contact to your sales consultant.

DeliveryProducing: Product leading time is 15-30 days (for 80% order). Custom Structures may take 25 - 45 days.
We will provide photos when shipping and 3D installation diagram.
Frame and plastic parts will be assemble and take photos for check
All pipes will mark with number on installation diagram.
All the plastic parts will be join well on the playground.
The hole will be drilled for conjoint parts (tube, Slide, bridge…
Tube slide keep joined as one piece if have enough space to loading it. Otherwise will be separate and marked.
In five days 3D installation diagram will be send.
Documents as packing list,invoice and BL will be send by DHL or do Teles Release.
Put same meterail parts together. Plastic parts with plastic parts, Pipe with pipe, Mats with mats....
Shipping Basics

First these products arrive Ningbo port (China), Then leave for destination after 3-7 days

General Shipping Information
No Pallent, Kids playground not in standard packages, Each packages in different shapes, Some packages may around 2.5CBM. The Maximum weight of singel packages is around 85KG.
Team lift unload: have 2-3 able bodied people ready to help.
It is the customer’s responsibility to unload and propery store all parts.
Matters Need Attention When Container Arrived
Check container Number and Seal number to ensure that you have received the correct shippment.
Be careful to open the door of container. Mind any elements drop or topple down.
Inspect for damage: waterishlogged, broken crate, dents, scrapes, scratches, torn package etc.
Photograph all damages from different angles.
Check the contents of your crate against the packing list provided.
Report any missing pieces or discrepancies to us within 48 hours after
received.
Failure to report damage/missing pieces may result in denial of claim.
