2. Regional Design & Installation Highlights

2.1 Indoor Play Area

  • Adopts a Tropical Rainforest Adventure themed design, equipped with diversified amusement facilities including rainbow slides, climbing nets, interactive swings and other recreational equipment.
  • Eco-friendly sound-insulating materials are adopted to control indoor noise within a reasonable range for children’s safe play.

2.2 Interactive Activity Area

  • Functional zones are built with interactive projection floor, educational building block wall and creative painting zone.
  • Full emphasis is placed on equipment stability and safety during installation, and all devices are commissioned strictly in accordance with brand unified standards.

2.3 Lounge Area & Supporting Facilities

  • Soft-pack seats and anti-slip floor materials are applied in the indoor dining zone and parent lounge area to optimize user comfort.
  • All amusement facilities have passed ASTM F963 safety tests and fully comply with local safety codes of Vietnam.

3. Installation Process & Construction Challenges

3.1 Pre-construction Preparation

  • Completed on-site survey and site clearance before mobilization, ensuring the on-site spatial layout is consistent with construction drawings.
  • Delivered professional technical training for construction staff, and clarified standardized safety operation specifications.

3.2 Construction Progress Breakdown

  • Week 1: Completed construction of basic structures, including slide brackets and main frames of amusement facilities
  • Week 2 to Week 3: Finished equipment assembly and trial operation commissioning
  • Final 2 Weeks: Installed auxiliary systems including lighting and audio systems, laid integrated floor mats, and implemented full-site final cleaning

3.3 Key Construction Challenges

3.3.1 Adverse Climatic Conditions

From September to November 2023, Hanoi suffered typical high-temperature and high-humidity weather, with ambient temperature ranging from 25°C to 32°C and average relative humidity above 70%. The harsh climate increased construction difficulty, aggravated construction workers’ physical fatigue, and brought obstacles to on-site material preservation and management.
Besides, a severe typhoon struck Hanoi during the installation period, bringing heavy rainfall and strong gusts. Though it barely affected indoor installation progress, the rainstorm disrupted outdoor raw material storage and delayed partial outdoor auxiliary construction work.

3.3.2 Unstable Local Power Supply

Extra UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) devices are configured for core amusement equipment to cope with frequent regional power outages in Hanoi, Vietnam.

4. Safety & Quality Control Management

  • All amusement facilities have passed professional load-bearing test and tension test in compliance with brand safety management standards.
  • The thickness and resilience of soft-pack floor materials meet ASTM E6415 industry standards.
  • All sharp edges and corners of equipment are polished and rounded to prevent children from scratch injuries.
